BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Did You Know?

Tri-acetyl cellulose (TAC) films are widely used as a protective film for polarizers.

Sateri has the advantage of having its operations situated in key locations that provide high growth opportunities and close proximity to the world's key markets.

Brazil

Our company's raw materials are sourced from our own sustainable eucalyptus plantation in Bahia State, Brazil. The local climate is conducive to the fast growth of trees which produce high quality fiber.

Nearby is the Camaçari Industrial Complex where our Bahia Specialty Cellulose mill is located. This technologically advanced mill has an annual production capacity of 485,000 metric tonnes, making it one of the largest mills in the world that also has one of the broadest product lines in the industry.

Having close access to raw materials as well as a deepwater port nearby at the coastal city of Salvador makes the mill well positioned for manufacturing as well as exporting to customers around the world.

China

The Sateri (Jiangxi) viscose staple fiber mill is situated on the shores of Poyang Lake, providing convenient access to the Yangtze River, one of the main commercial transportation routes in China. The proximity to the Yangtze River also allows us easy reach to customers in the major textile production centres throughout the country.

Our Sateri Fujian project, which is under construction, is also close to water transportation. It is also strategically located to cater the markets in Fujian and Guangdong, one of the major textile centers in China.

Our corporate offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong further enable us to quickly and efficiently service key Asian markets.

Global

Sateri's plantation and manufacturing operations are reinforced by a sales, marketing and customer support network covering Europe, the Americas and Asia.
