Inaugural Brands Visit to Pangkalan Kerinci, Indonesia

A three-day visit in September gave 12 of our brand partners the unique immersive experience of an integrated viscose value chain, starting from the place where it all begins. The short visit includes a tour to the conservation site and operations of Sateri’s strategic supply partner, APRIL.

APRIL supplies 40% of the dissolving pulp Sateri uses. Sateri and APRIL are part of Singapore based RGE group. Being part of the same group means we know the fibre origins and are able to innovate in a close supply partnership with APRIL. The brands’ visit programme is part of Sateri’s effort to better understand our partners’ needs and interests so as to continuously improve our products, add value, and maintain industry relevance.
